Job Description岗位描述:

  1. Screen and interview relative candidates, provide decision support for the leaders. Establish the talents pool for new projects and development of group with long-term thinking. 负责筛选,面试酒店及集团的相关职位候选人,给到领导决策的支持,同时搭建起集团的人才库,为人力储备做好补充。
     
  2. Finish the hiring and leaving process of employees and do the orientation for new staffs. 完成集团员工的入离职流程,并对新入职员工进行入职培训。
     
  3. Support the hotel with budget reviewing, organization chart and salary reviewing as well as making training plan according to the opening schedule of hotels. 根据酒店的开业计划,提供酒店相应的支持,包括协助审阅酒店人力资源预算,审阅架构与薪资体系,以及制定培训计划等。
     
  4. Keep close communication with the hotels HR departments and review the HR monthly report to offer assistance  as their requirments. 与旗下各酒店人力资源部保持密切沟通,审阅酒店人力资源月报,根据酒店的实际要求提供各类支持与协助。
     
  5. Revise and update the group HR P&P  and finish the supervise and feedback. 不断完善,更新集团的人力资源相关政策与流程,并在执行后落实监督与反馈。
     
  6. Make the performance evaluation policy & procedures and be in charge of relative work. 制定集团绩效考核流程,并负责开展相关工作。
     
  7. Improve the HR system and maintain the documents which is always keep updated to support all the hotels. 完善集团的人力资源体系,维护人力资源部的文件进行更新,给到旗下酒店资料的支持。
 

Job Requirments岗位要求

  1. Excellent English in both speaking and writing.优秀的英文口语及书写能力。
  2. Be honest and responsible to the working attitude.工作态度诚实负责。
  3. Relevant working experience in five-star hotels or hospitality group. 在五星级酒店或同类酒店管理公司有过同等工作经验。
  4. Master all kinds of office software. 熟练掌握各类办公软件。
