Assist HR Manager to direct the human resource department to effectively plan, develop and implement a fully integrated human resource strategy to achieve profit, guest satisfaction and employee engagement goals by working with managers to staff their departments, maximize employee engagement, enable brand standards and teamwork.

• Assist HR Director to develop, implement and monitor the HR Overall Planning and Regulations, including Employee handbook and labor contracts.
协助人力资源总监对人力资源部进行总体规划并制订、监督、执行相关规章制度(包括员工手册、劳动合同;
• Assist HR Director for recruitment, employment, and admission related work
协助人力资源总监执行公司员工的招聘、录用、离职工作;
• Assist HR Director to develop, implement and monitor the execution of hotel salary structure and policy.
协助人力资源总监进行员工薪酬管理、制订、监督、执行;
• Assist HR Director to evaluate and do the employee performance appraisal
协助人力资源总监对员工进行工绩效评估
• Assist HR Director to develop the policy and monitor the management of employee daily attendance.
协助人力资源总监管理员工考勤;
• Assist HR Director to organize the activities of defining department function and establish job description for each position.
协助人力资源总监制订酒店各部门职责、各岗位的岗位职责;
• Assist HR Director to solve labor disputes and associated legal issue
执行处理员工与公司劳动争议相关事宜;
• Assist HR Director to manage Employee data, make sure all employee data including personal information, labor contract, performance evaluation records well kept; ensure the accurate and authenticity of the personnel files.
员工档案管理:整理与保管好员工个人信息、劳动聘用合同、考核记录、晋升降职等情况资料,考证个人人事资料真实性;
• Enforce and monitor the execution of non-disclosure/confidential regulation.  
执行保密制度监督、执行;

• Keep contact and maintain good relationship with the relevant organizations such as labor bureau and pension center and deal with necessary employment procedures as required.
与劳动、社保部门保持密切联系,维持良好的关系,办理与员工录用、退工相关的手续。
• Deals with all personnel change application, such as promotion, demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and the following work after approval.
处理所有人事变动申请(升职、降职、调职、工资调整等),及审批后的后续工作。
• Closely cooperates with finance department in the area of salary payment etc.
与财务部密切合作,做好员工薪资方面的工作。
• Checks monthly attendance record of each department and completes HR monthly attendance record.
各部门考勤的审核及负责每月部门考勤。
• Makes record and controls all leaves except annual leave.
各类假期的统计和管理。
• Prepare monthly report and other Human Resource reports as Group required.
按照集团的要求准备月报及其他人力资源报告。
• Verifies and records staff overtime, and prepare monthly overtime summary report.
员工加班的复核、统计,编制加班情况汇总表。
• Staff injury follow up and coordinate with insurance company
员工工伤跟进,并配合保险公司做好相关理赔工作
• Responsible for staff canteen meal coupon distribution and recording.
员工餐厅就餐券的发放和统计。

• To be responsible for staff recruitment, including releasing information, sourcing candidates and conduct primary interview. 
负责员工招聘工作,包括发布招聘信息、寻找招聘对象来源,进行首轮面试筛选。
• To conduct reference check for the candidates
负责候选人的背景调查。
• To assist DOHR with the annual manning budget and manpower cost budget.
协助人力资源经理编制年度人员预算、员工工资、福利等成本预算。
• Conduct annual salary survey and assist DOHR with the annual salary review proposal and implementation.
进行年度工资调查,协助人力资源经理提出年度工资调整方案并具体操作实施。
• Keep contact and maintain good relationship with relevant schools and talent agencies to source comparatively qualified trainees
与有关学校和中介保持密切联系,维持良好的关系,以取得相对而言质量较高的实习生。
• Conduct exit interview for Supervisor and below employees and summarized information.
主管级以下员工的离职面谈及情况汇总。
• Complete all forms and reports related to personnel.
完成人事方面的报表或报告。
• Be responsible for HR system, input and update all staff data.
负责人力资源系统,员工信息的输入、更新。
• Responsible for staff probation and contract renewal appraisal as well as the following work (Probation confirmation or termination, renew or end contract).
负责员工试用期、合同期满的评估及后续更进工作(试用期转正、解雇及续签、终止合同等)。
• Closely cooperates with Paymaster in the area of salary payment etc.
与薪酬主任密切合作,做好员工薪资方面的工作。
• Asst. HR Director  to Finish the assigned task on time.
按时保质的完成上级交办的其他任务。
