Key Responsibilities
主要职责

• To prepare drinks upon receipt of the recognized order form as stipulated in the Beverage Policy
在接到正规的点单后,按照点单准备饮料。


• To ensure sufficient mise en place is prepared per shift to meet the expected daily demand. Reporting any shortfalls or out of stock items to the Bars Supervisor
在每次上班前,做好营业的充足准备工作,出现货物数量不对或缺货的情况要立即向主管汇报。


• To be responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the bar area at all times, ensuring that all daily cleaning schedules are maintained.
负责酒吧随时保持整洁干净,保证每天完成清洁排班表上安排的任务。


• To be responsible for the safety of all operating equipment and bar service equipment, reporting any breakage or loss of equipment to the Bars Supervisor.
负责保证经营用具和服务用具的安全,出现损坏或丢失用具的情况要向酒吧主管汇报。


• To be responsible for the correct storage and placement of all beverage and food stock, rotating all stock to ensure that there is no spoilage. And ensuring that the stock held in the bar is safe and secure at all times.
负责酒水和食品的储存方法正确,随时补充酒水和食品。存放和取出货物时先进先出,保证货物不会过期,并保证酒吧存货的安全。


• To prepare daily all food and beverage requisitions at the end of each shift, as stipulated within the beverage policy.
按照酒吧的政策,每次交班结束时,填写好酒水和食品的领货单。


• To record the sales of all full bottle and wine sales on a daily basis as per the beverage policy.
按照酒水政策,记录好每天瓶装酒和葡萄酒的销售数量。


• To record accurately all spillage and spoilage that occurs on the correct forms provided, and ensure that this follows the beverage policy.
按照酒店制定的酒水政策,将所有的损坏和过期的情况正确记录在正确的破损表格上。


• To record any new cocktail recipes encountered, that local clients favour. And ensure these are filed accordingly.
记录下当地顾客喜爱的新的鸡尾酒配方,并保证这些配方被记录在档案中。


• To follow any reasonable direction given by the Bars Supervisor, service bar captain or any member of the Management staff.
听从酒吧主管、领班或其它管理人员的合理安排。


• To ensure full co-operation with fellow members of staff and service personnel, resulting in a high level of teamwork
和同事及服务人员充分合作,形成一个高水平的团队。


• To participate in the set up and running of the month end beverage inventory, ensuring that the bar is in a neat and tidy fashion and that all stock items are able to be counted.
参加每月末的酒水盘点工作,保证酒吧摆设干净整洁,所有存货都可以盘点清楚。


• To ensure that there is no wastage of items that can be re-used by the bar or by the kitchen. And that any item that can be used is sent to the appropriate department.
确保没有浪费可以被酒吧和厨房重新利用的物品,能够利用的物品都送往该部门。


• To report for work in the bar, at the time scheduled on the duty roster.
按照排班表排好的时间工作。
